Principio de identidad y libertad. La autocrítica del idealismo en Schelling

Resumen

This article proposes an interpretation of Shelling’s Philosophical Inquiries into the Essence of Human Freedom and Matters Connected Therewith as a work whose philosophic potency is based on the conception of the ontological conflict between foundation and existence present in the totality. This presence turns into the key factor to think upon the human being as an entity in who the ontological opposition itself echoes with a unique tonality. From this perspective, the problem of human being’s liberty is set out on the field of his peculiar existence conceived as separated from nature and, simultaneously, rooted in the confrontation which manifests and crosses all which is present.
