Abstract
This text seeks to address the problem of the power in the bureaucrat figure based on the thought of Michel Foucault and Franz Kafka. First realice that interweaves practices sovereign power, disciplinary and policy. Powers, far from permanent alien to each other, form a triad whose exercise and eventually speech subjectivise man bureaucrat. Secondly, it analyzes the reproduction of power by the character K. in a society shaped by space, time and legal apparatus. The fault inherent to each person permitted to accept and reproduce the law power under the absurdity of punishment without crime, in which case any act of heroism would fight against the freedom enjoyed by the anonymous subject.
