All contributions to the journal are received and managed through this platform. Throughout the editorial process, every submission is analyzed with specialized software that detects plagiarism.

The journal uses a double-blind peer review system. Each submission is reviewed by two external specialists who must fill out an evaluation form in the OJS platform. Before evaluation, reviewers must clearly state that there is no conflict of interest concerning the submission. By "conflict of interest," we mean any professional, financial, or personal relationship that may affect the outcome of the review process.

On average, each issue takes six months to be completed, from the date the submissions period ends to the date of publication. Theoría. Revista del Colegio de Filosofía is a biannual publication issued every June and December. For an article to be published in June, authors must submit all necessary documentation by  December 15 of the previous year. In order to publish in December, submissions must be received by June 15 of the ongoing year.
