Mobility: conflicting rights

Abstract

Mobility, people displacement, dizzy or not, wished or forced, achieved or dreamed, sign our time, and even its motivations are diverse, I choose two of them to make this reflection. One is related to the so called ‘turism’, and the other one to forced mobilities. What I propose is that even these two forms of mobility are not related to one another, sometimes they keep a complemantary/antagonist relationship which means that on it turism and plundering are directly related.
