El arte del encantamiento en la narrativa e Salman Rushdie
Main Article Content
Abstract
Seduction and language, the art of fiction are all central themes in the last novel by Salman Rushdie. This essay is aimed at offering a reading of The Enchantress of Florence, by Rushdie, from the perspective of “historiographic metafiction”, a notion created and developed by Linda Hutcheon and other well-know especialists on postmodern narrative, as an analysis of the poetics of the excentric or unstable nature that characterizes many narrative works produced from the second half of the XXth century on.
